Eustachian Tube Dysfunction is a mysterious condition that affects many people around the world. I would go on a limb and say it’s highly misdiagnosed several times over. It is a condition that a visit to see a specialist turns up in you taking medication that might not help, at least in my experience it did not. This condition led me into several ER visits, dozens of urgent care visits, and half a dozen specialist visits.
What was suspected but wasn’t the causes for this condition by Doctors and Specialists were the following:
Allergies
Narrowing of the Nasal passages
Earwax build up
Sensitivity to Dairy
Fluid build up
TMJ
Are headphones to blame for the lack tinnitus relief
None of these were the main causes. Eliminating or being weary of those suspected causes can be helpful, but only provided temporary relief. What was not taking into account is the physiological aspect. Posture was rarely mentioned at any of the visits and somehow inspection of teeth is left out. I will be doing a second video more on how dental work can play a negative role on Eustachian Tube Dysfunction.
This experience lasted years but in this video I am going to give you some tools to cut yours down to weeks. Consistency is key and that will play a huge role in your recovery.
