0:25 – To perform this exercise, first turn your head all the way to one side, look upward, and tilt your head back slightly. You may feel some tension in your neck and a slight ringing in your head, which is normal.
0:42 – Then do the same on the other side.
0:58 Repeat the exercise three times to each side, three times per day.
By repeating the exercise for two to three weeks, you can definitely reduce ringing in the ears and dizziness.
