Or could there be a constriction of cerebral blood vessels or carotid arteries blood vessels in the brain causing tinnitus. When we ruled out issues with the ear or the brain, It’s likely the cervical nerves are compressed causing tinnitus. Cervical nerve compression could be caused by a herniated disc pressing on the cord. Or bone spurs in the spinal canal pressing on the cord, affecting the sympathetic nerves and causing tinnitus…….
